As part of our lead-up to the AMPLIFY Connect: Creative Social Enterprise Summit 2025, East Yard Enterprises is excited to present a pre-summit event in collaboration with the Fashion Arch in Trinidad and Tobago, in commemoration of International Youth Day on August 12.

The Fashion Arch is a Creative Brand Consultancy located in Trinidad Tobago serving the Caribbean's fashion designers and creatives and  through its Fashion Arch Gallery, provides a physical curated boutique showcasing local & regional brands.

 

The theme for International Youth Day 2025 is "Youth Empowerment for a Sustainable Future" with the slogan "Empowering Youth, Building Tomorrow". This theme highlights the crucial role of young people in creating a sustainable, equitable, and innovative world. It emphasizes their involvement in climate action, technological advancements, social change, and economic resilience.  This powerful event is designed for our current cohort of young creative fellows and local stakeholders from across the public, private, and civil sectors.

 

Attendees will hear from 6 of our fellows who will be presenting their creative social enterprise products and services developed through our AMPLIFY Connect: Creative Enterprise Fellowship & Accelerator, funded by the JB Fernandes Memorial Trust I.

 

Attendees will comprise a specially selected audience of nonprofit and creative sector leaders, invited to engage meaningfully with the fellows. Guests will have the opportunity to view the fellows’ work in progress, participate in demos, share insights and feedback, and network with emerging and established changemakers working at the intersection of creativity and social impact.
