Joki One Studio is a vibrant, multipurpose boutique space born from a powerful collaboration between East Yard Enterprises and visual artist and designer Walda George-Waithe, founder of Joki One. Located onsite at East Yard, the studio functions as a creative hub, retail shop, meeting space, mas camp, and home to East Yard Exhibits — all under one roof.

Rooted in creativity, commerce, cross-cultural exchange, and social impact, Joki One Studio showcases:
